This issue explores the crucial intersection of government policies, regulations, and Human Resource Management (HRM) in shaping food security and agribusiness sustainability. With a particular focus on Indonesia, the studies presented offer in-depth analysis on how policy interventions influence food production, distribution, and consumption, while highlighting the critical role HRM plays in fostering innovation, efficiency, and sustainability within the agribusiness sector.
Through advanced research methodologies such as Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Squares (PLS), this volume presents a comprehensive view of the factors affecting food security, with particular attention to the influence of education, investment, technology, and resources. The findings underscore the need for integrated policies that align with HR strategies to create more resilient food systems and a sustainable agribusiness landscape.
In addition, this volume identifies key areas for future research and offers practical recommendations for policymakers to optimize resources, refine regulations, and enhance HR practices to ensure long-term food security and agribusiness development.
