Authors are invited to submit their manuscripts to this journal. Each submission will undergo an editorial review to determine its alignment with the journal’s aims and scope. Manuscripts that meet the criteria will be sent for peer review, after which a decision on acceptance or rejection will be made. All submissions must be in English.
The abstract should include the following sections: Purpose, Design/Methodology/Approach, Findings, Conclusion, and Practical Implications. It must be between 150 and 200 words.
The introduction should be well-organized, covering the background, objectives, problem statement, research gap, and research questions. At the end of the introduction, provide a summary of the research steps undertaken.
Additionally, it is recommended to categorize implications, limitations, and future research suggestions under separate headings in the conclusion to enhance their clarity and comprehensibility.

The paper must be a minimum of 3,500 words.
A thorough literature review should be included, integrating the most recent sources alongside older studies.
References must adhere to the journal's specified referencing style. All citations in the text must be included in the reference list.
Before submitting, authors are responsible for obtaining permission to publish any materials included in their submission, such as photos, documents, and datasets. All individuals listed as authors must consent to their identification as authors. Additionally, when applicable, research should receive approval from an appropriate ethics committee in compliance with the legal requirements of the country where the study was conducted.
An editor may desk reject a submission if it does not meet minimum standards of quality. Before submitting, please ensure that the study design and research argument are structured and articulated properly. The title should be concise and the abstract should be able to stand on its own. This will increase the likelihood of reviewers agreeing to review the paper.
